Wallace Hobson Vancouver, Washington Wallace Hobson is a real estate advisor with more than 30 years of experience in project management, market research and analysis, real estate development, programming, sales and marketing, financial analysis, strategic planning, and master planning. He founded Hobson Real Estate Advisors, a Pacific Northwest real estate consulting and
development advisory firm, and served as president until November 2006 when Hobson Advisors joined Northcourse.

Mr. Hobson is a leading expert in the fractional resort industry, having assisted developers in the planning and implementation of more than 130 fractional
projects throughout the world.

In addition to strategic business planning and development programming, his services have included ongoing involvement in the sales and marketing process, sales training, and assistance with entitlement processing, financing and investor
relations. His philosophical approach to real estate development and problem solving is pragmatic, strategic, and creative.

As Managing Director of the Americas for Northcourse, Mr. Hobson is responsible for overseeing all advisory services in North, Central and South America, the Caribbean and South Pacific.

Jennifer Iler

Jennifer Iler is Director of Advisory Services for the Americas for Northcourse Leisure Real Estate Solutions, specializing in feasibility analyses and developing strategic recommendations for real estate development.

Ms. Iler has a diverse real estate background. Before joining Northcourse, she was Senior Associate with Hobson Real Estate Advisors, a leading real estate consultancy specializing in fractional residence clubs. Prior to her tenure with Hobson Advisors, Ms. Iler served as Director of Market Research and Analysis at CB Richard Ellis in Southwest Florida. Ms. Iler also held a Florida real estate license. As a commercial broker, Ms. Iler specialized in retail leasing and investment sales.

With more than five years of experience in reserach, project management and strategic business planning., Ms. Iler is a specialist in the residence club industry. She has extensive knowledge of this industry, including development, sales and marketing, operations, and industry trends. Ms. Iler performs market research and report composition for the firm. Other responsibilities include site evaluation, customer relations and marketing.
